What started as handcrafted drink coasters in our Charleston home has blossomed into something magical. Since opening our Etsy shop in 2016, Kiki & Syds has become a celebration of artisanal craftsmanship and seasonal joy.
In our sun-filled Charleston and Cape Cod, MA studios, every piece we create tells a story. Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Accidental orders or canceled orders after they've shipped.
- Misunderstanding the published size dimensions.
We do not accept returns without prior approval.
If approved, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back to Kiki & Syds. All returns are subject to a $2 restocking fee per item. All returns must be in original packaging and returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
